The Land

The high-desert tract was part of the Anasazi's dominion. With the Arroyo Seco running through it, it was ideal for hunting and trapping. More recently, it was among the lands given by the King of Spain to his loyal conquistadors and traders, known as the Godoi Grant.

Arroyo Park is a private, secluded sanctuary owned by the land holders and is safe for children and pets. The community is comprised of 35 lots and homesites and includes patio homes, cluster homes and larger homesites of 1.5 to 3.5 acres each.

Arroyo Park abuts Taos Pueblo land to the west of Blueberry Hill Road. Low, secluded, lush, and with a mile of walking trails through red willows, Arroyo Park lays along the Arroyo Seco stream which bisects the property.

Utilities to each lot include natural gas, electricity and phone. All lots have been sold - we are actively taking condos resevation now - click here .

The land then rises dramatically up on both sides of the rolling hills and undulating arroyos filled with sagebrush, rock and cactus where it tops out looking down on the towns surrounding Taos, New Mexico - Talpa, Ranchos de Taos and Las Cordovas. Arroyo Park is approximately three miles from downtown Taos.
